SMALL GROUP TRAINING (2-6 PEOPLE)
Small group training offers you a chance to participate with friends, co-workers or family. You will participate with 4 to 6 other participants under the coaching of a Personal Trainer. Working with your peers is a great way to keep each other motivated and on the right path to obtaining your fitness goals. Small group training offers you a chance to work with a Personal Trainer at a very affordable price by dividing the price amongst the group members. All group members must have similar fitness goals.

Have questions about your workouts? Confused on what you should or should not be eating to reach your goals? Questions about supplements? Set up a time to talk with a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Specialist to answer all of your questions. Grab a pen and paper and write down the questions that you have previous to your consultation. Write down the answers that are provided for you during your consultation. Phone Consultations are offered in 30 and 60 -minute sessions.

CUSTOM MEAL PLANNING
Let a Certified Nutrition Specialist create a meal plan that is designed specifically for you! Whether your goal is to lose fat or gain muscle, we will design a customized program based off of your scientific body Somatotype (Specific structure or build of an individual). Our meal plans consist of the right proportions of the three macronutrients (Carbohydrates, proteins, and healthy fats) for optimal results. Our programs are also more effective because we monitor your progress. We use scientific methods to help you get results and keep them for the rest of your life unlike all of those fad diets that you give quick results only to see them disappear just as quick.
